In your AI app’s MCP or connector settings, add a remote server (HTTP) with that address.
When it asks you to sign in, approve on the MiOS page that opens.
In Claude Code: claude mcp add --transport http mios <your MiOS address>
What it can do
Find people in MiOS and save them to your contacts.
Save companies to your accounts and add tasks to them.
Run a MiOS report (Spark, Heat Index, Signal Stacking, CAP, On the Move), then read it in full.
List and open your own reports and your conversations with MiO the Mule.
Draft an email with the MiOS Email Engine. Drafts are saved to your Saved Emails and never sent.
If you've connected HubSpot in MiOS: check the connection, pull your HubSpot companies and contacts into MiOS, and send one of your accounts' contacts to your HubSpot.
Use HubSpot? Add HubSpot's own connector in your AI app too, and your AI can look up and update your HubSpot records alongside MiOS.
Limits
Your own data only, with the same permissions as the MiOS app.
At most 25 people per search, with email addresses only for people already in your contacts.
No sending email, deleting, bulk exporting, or billing or plan changes. The one thing that leaves MiOS is a contact you ask to send to your own connected HubSpot.
Reports cost the same MiOS tokens they cost in the app.
Requires a MiOS account. Access may depend on your plan.
Disconnect
In MiOS: Connectors › MCP › Disconnect. Or remove MiOS in your AI app.
Privacy
You connect MiOS to an AI app you use under your own account with its provider (for example Claude by Anthropic or ChatGPT by OpenAI) through MCP, an open standard, by signing in with your MiOS login and approving the connection in MiOS.
From you to MiOS: the requests your AI app sends on your behalf (for example a company name to research, a person to find, or the text of a task), and the fact that a connection exists (which AI app, and when it was approved).
From MiOS to your AI app: only your own MiOS information needed to answer each request, such as your reports, your saved accounts and contacts, search results of up to 25 people (with email addresses only for people already in your contacts), and drafts you ask for.
From MiOS to HubSpot: only when you ask, the one account contact and its MiOS read, to the HubSpot you connected.
What MiOS does not receive: your conversation with the AI app. MiOS sees only the individual requests made to it.
Why: to carry out the actions you ask for, to charge MiOS tokens exactly as the same action would in the app, to keep the service secure (rate limits, usage limits, abuse detection), and to support you.
Who receives it: what MiOS returns goes to the AI app you connected and is handled by that app's provider under your own agreement with them. MiOS's own subprocessors process requests as they do for the app (Terms, Section 9).
Records and retention: MiOS keeps a record of each connector request (the action, a short summary of what was asked, how many results were returned, and whether it succeeded) with your account activity for 24 months. Connection credentials expire after 30 days.
Your choices: disconnect any AI app at any time, in MiOS or in the AI app. Disconnecting stops further access immediately. Connections also end when your subscription ends.
